Villa Description

Our beautiful 5 bedroom villa is situated within the prestigious gated community of Tuscan Hills, making this an ideal location for your dream Orlando holiday.

With over 2,106 sq ft of living space, our two storey home is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing. 

The villa is made up of 5 large bedrooms (2 Queen Master Suites and 3 twin bedrooms), 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite, 1 family bathroom and a downstairs toilet), a 26 x 13 ft private pool and spa with a extended pool deck and covered lanai, a games room (with a pool table, air hockey table, and a basketball hoop), a dining room, a large living room overlooking the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, cable TV, and a DVD player (with a selection of films). The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably but should this not quite fulfill your needs, an easy to transform Queen sized sofa bed can be found in the living room.

Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes).

You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with Gym, Tennis Court, Volley Ball Court and a Children’s play area.

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions; can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions gate, plus over 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.

If you prefer a little retail therapy instead, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Center, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall. Our villa is the perfect location for you to take advantage and enjoy all that Orlando has to offer!!

Living Room

Our villa has a large open plan seating area called the Living room. It contains three large luxurious sofas (one of which can easily be pulled out and converted into a Queen sized bed), allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. French Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well as providing a great view out and lots of natural light in. There is also a ceiling fan to ensure that the room stays cool as you relax.

To help keep everyone entertained there is a large flat  screen cable Television with cable TV, a DVD system, CD player and a PlayStation 2 games machine. If you fancy escaping the sunshine for a while, it is the ideal place to come curl up and relax with a good book. As an added extra there is a selection of DVDs and books suitable for all the family.

Kitchen & Laundry Area

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge /freezer /automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar with enough seating for three people. 
If you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board in the laundry cupboard upstairs. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.

The villa has a telephone from which all local calls are free and other calls can be paid for using most telephone cards (sold in most large retail stores).

Dining Room & Breakfast Nook

The Dining room is at the rear of the villa and is located conveniently next to the Kitchen and adjoining the Living room. There is a large table and eight chairs and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. 

A large window lets in plenty of natural light into this part of the villa as well as giving a great view out over the Pool deck.

Bedrooms

The villa contains five large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably.

Two of the bedrooms are master suites, one is a queen sized double bedroom and two are twin bedrooms. All the rooms have their own television with cable TV and a clock radio.

      
The first Master Suite is located down stairs at the front of the villa. It has a fantastic Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with jetted tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, toilet, basin and a large vanity mirror. Additional luxuries include a hairdryer and cooling ceiling fan, whilst storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet.

The remaining four bedrooms are all found upstairs. 

The second Master Suite is at the front of the villa and has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk in shower unit. As with the first Master Suite, there is a huge walk-in closet and a hairdryer.

Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds, and bedroom five has a Queen sized double bed. Located conveniently in the same hallway as these three rooms is the homes family bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit. All three bedrooms have a built-in closet and drawers providing plenty of storage space.

If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Living Room. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

Games Room

To add to your enjoyment we have converted our garage into a fantastic games room.

 The room has internal access into the house and is fully air conditioned. The room features a pool table, air hockey table and a basketball hoop.

Pool & Spa Area

Our villa has its own private 26 by 13 foot Pool and Spa. The Pool is surrounded by a large extended paved patio which includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with chairs, a table, and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.

If you find the pool or spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained.

The luxurious Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrows adventures!

For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, there is a pool safety fence which takes just a couple of minutes to put in place.

Our Management Company

Our Management Company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally. They will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day.  The management company are able to provide tickets for most attractions as well as other services that include greet and meet at Orlando airport, Mid Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.
